When retaining a tooth is no longer predictable or safe, extraction may be the appropriate next step. Simple and surgical removal, with comfort options, is available in Leesburg.

A tooth extraction removes a tooth from its socket when decay, fracture, infection, periodontal loss, impaction, or another condition gives it a poor prognosis. We first consider whether restorative or endodontic treatment can reasonably retain it.
At Advanced Dental Care, local anesthesia is standard and sedation may be discussed based on health, anxiety, and surgical complexity. When replacement will be needed, we address timing and bone preservation before removal so the next phase is not an afterthought.
You may be a candidate for tooth extraction if you:

Dr. Talwar is absolutely an expert with her prosthodontics career . She is very detailed and thorough with her explanations of her treatment plans with me. Her personal touch was far beyond expectations. With her expertise it made me feel comfortable and secure. Truly to be recommended. Her entire team is awesome. Very friendly and helpful. I also want to commend a soft spoken oral surgeon, Dr. Bhatia and his team who are also very professional, patient and considerate. Thank you all for your wonderful service and care.
Excellent Today's procedure was not as painful as the extraction procedure. I am quite thankful that this level of the entire process is behind me with no incident of concern. However, I was a bit disappointed in the support staff In that I didn't get some of the post surgery materials such as gauze to have helped me with the bleeding. Not a single gauze was put in the bag. Otherwise, everything was good.
Literally the best dentist I’ve ever been to. They’ve provided an array of services for me, from teeth whitening to wisdom teeth removal to Invisalign. ALL of my experiences have been top notch. This is the first time in my life I don’t avoid going (and even do extra things) and it’s all because of their service and level of care. I’ve referred 2 friends and all are now permanent patients.
I can’t say enough great things about Dr Talwar and Dr. Batiah and staff. They are truly amazing, caring and wonderful! I ve had a major surgery done here and I didn’t know what to expect upon waking. To my surprise I haven’t even needed to take a Tylenol! They are excellent at what they do. I highly recommend this practice.
