Doctor Garima Talwar is an exceptionnel dentist ! Not only is she very knowledgeable but she listens to your concerns , she is very patient and kind! She is also trustworthy ! She does not recommend any dental work if she does not believe it is necessary and her fees are reasonable. Her staff is also friendly but at the same time very businesslike . Her dental hygienist is great. Everyone wears an uniform and protection against covid -19. Any visit to her office is enjoyable. As I traveled the world , I had lots of bad experiences at different dentists' offices , to the point that I was afraid to go to see one . Not anymore! I highly recommend Advanced Dental care and Dr Talwar!
France I’ve only had good experiences with this practice. From the front desk staff to dental hygienist and doctors everyone has been very nice and helpful! This is a great place to go for your dental care. They also do a 3D scan of your mouth to have a better look at your teeth and this is complimentary. I’ve seen every doctor and they are all very nice and do a great job. I just got Invisalign and they helped me save money by getting it with a different doctor in the practice just because my insurance would cover more of my Invisalign with that doctor instead.

I experienced my first cavity and was anxious about the filling but it was absolutely pain free. she did a great job. the cleaning was also cool because they have this new like water pressure thing that they use to clean your teeth instead of the old fashioned metal things that hurt. i’ve had terrible experiences with dentists in the past but she was great, very kind as well!
Unknown All physicians were awesome and staffs especially in leesburg location. My dental initiation was amazing , the office was clean and organized. My hygienist Caitriona Johnson was very nice and professional, gentle hand when doing my procedure. Claudia FD and Janice the dental assistant was very nice as well. Thank you all for the TLC ❤️
Grace I had an emergency dental need on a Saturday and they were gladly able to get me in. After taking care of that issue, we had a follow up for exams and cleaning. Everyone was attentive, had a great attitude and very forthright. They took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all of my questions.
